Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Tanger Outlets since May 2021, and as President/Owner of SD Real Estate Advisors since September 2020, Steve Dworkin provides comprehensive guidance on all aspects of project development. Previously, Dworkin was Senior Vice President of Development & Acquisitions at Simon Property Group from 2003 to July 2020, where responsibilities included managing site selection and driving portfolio growth. Earlier in the career, Dworkin held positions as Associate Director at Newmark Knight Frank, Group Manager/Equities Trader at E*TRADE/Datek, and Sales Associate at Smith Barney Brokerage Firm. Dworkin earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business in 1993.
