Cindy Story has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Cindy began their career at Vancity in 1996, where they held various positions such as Financial Services Representative, Advertising Officer, Affinity Specialist, Product Officer of Deposit & Specialist Products, and Marketing Segment Manager. After leaving Vancity in 2001, they worked at Grey Canada and FCB Direct as an Account Supervisor before joining OgilvyOne Worldwide as an Account Director in 2003. In 2009, they joined JPMorgan Chase as the Director of Card Marketing, and then moved to Scotiabank in 2016 as a Senior Manager of Marketing and Channel Capabilities. Their most recent position is at Tangerine, where they currently serve as the Director of Marketing Operations since April 2020.
Cindy Story completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing at the University of Guelph from 1990 to 1994. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing at the University of South Alabama from 1994 to 1995.
