Prior experience includes positions as a Business Systems Analyst at Manulife Financial, where Elvira analyzed business initiatives and developed user requirements, and as a Technical Analyst at Liberty Health, where Elvira designed solutions for data interfacing and supported user acceptance testing. Elvira's foundational experience as a Systems Developer involved developing mainframe applications for the health insurance sector. Education was completed at Seneca Polytechnic from 1985 to 1988.
