Terence Nelson is an experienced marketing and management professional with a diverse background in marketing communications, customer service, and leadership roles. Currently serving as Marketing Communications Manager at Tangerine since October 2014, Terence has taken on various responsibilities, including managing quality assurance testing for customer online acquisitions, and overseeing deposit and lending operations. Previous experience includes a contract role as Marketing Manager at Kinron Community Event Planning Services Inc., where Terence developed marketing materials and managed event budgets, and serving as President of CCSAI, where board governance and annual budget management were key responsibilities. Terence's career began with sales and client outreach roles at Jibestream and One Contact Inc., and included mentoring students with disabilities during a tenure as a Start Smart Mentor at Centennial College. Education includes an Advanced Business Marketing Diploma from Ryerson University and Centennial College.
