Ian Swanson

Ian Swanson has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Director of Software Engineering at Tango Card since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Consultant & Project Lead at Swanson Technologies LLC from 2017 onwards.

In 2018, Ian joined Fanatics, Inc. as a Mgr Software Engineering, where they were responsible for hiring, team building, and management. Ian also mentored direct reports and other managers and assisted with the internship program.

Ian's earlier experiences include working at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Consultant/Software Developer, Med-Van Transport as a Software Developer, and Sheetz as a Shift Supervisor and Salesperson.

Additionally, Ian gained experience as a Cloud Analytics Intern at Booz Allen Hamilton in 2013, where they worked on a scalable biometric platform and researched classification and sorting techniques.

Throughout their career, Ian has demonstrated technical expertise, leadership, and a strong ability to mentor and build teams.

Ian Swanson completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Penn State University from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Hollidaysburg Area High School from 2005 to 2009, where they completed their high school education.
