Amy Ramsden

Amy Ramsden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software implementation and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Implementation Project Manager at Tangoe since January 2012, Amy oversees the delivery of Enterprise Telecommunication Management software and services to Fortune 1000 clients, managing all phases of the implementation lifecycle. Prior roles include Product Manager/Senior Business Analyst and Senior Manager Operations at Symphony Teleca from 2001 to 2012, as well as Senior Director Operations at Telco Research from 1994 to 2001. Amy holds an MBA in Information Systems from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management, and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business and Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University.
