Hamid Benaouadi

Hamid Benaouadi is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in managing diverse teams and processes within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Operations Director for Europe at Tangoe since June 2017, Hamid oversees Invoice Processing, Support, Outsourcing, Front Office Management, and Service Excellence teams. Prior to this role, Hamid worked as the Operations Director at TangoeFR from February 2009 to May 2017, where responsibilities included the management of multiple service departments. Previous positions include Project Manager at Econocom, Product Manager at The Phone House Entreprise, and various roles in customer service and account management at CMC TELECOM.
