Rashmi Ahuja

Rashmi Ahuja has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Rashmi started their career at Network Programs India Limited as a Member Technical Staff, where they gained experience in software development using Java and CORBA architecture. Rashmi then joined eKnowVenture Technologies as a software engineer and eventually became a Manager before the company was acquired by Symphony Services. At Symphony Services, Rashmi held various roles and responsibilities, including team lead, Assistant Manager, and Senior Manager - Operations. In 2013, Symphony Services TEM business was acquired by Tangoe, and Rashmi transitioned to Director of Operations, India at Tangoe. In this role, they had overall responsibility for India operations and managed global Telecom Expense Management, Managed Mobility Services, and Cloud Expense Management solutions. Rashmi's expertise includes implementation, service delivery, invoice and inventory management, audit, order management, service desk, and automations.

Rashmi Ahuja completed a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree from Delhi University from 1993 to 1996. Rashmi also holds certifications such as Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist and Certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in 2023.
