Bella Ayala is a seasoned professional in human resources and program management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of People Programs and Experience at Tanium since November 2019. In this dynamic role, Bella has been instrumental in developing internal communications, award submissions, and a successful university recruiting strategy, notably establishing the first Tanium-wide internship program in 2020, which expanded to over 60 global interns by 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Program Manager for Recruiting Brand and Programs at Cisco Meraki and Global Talent Operations and Programs at Insight Global, where Bella contributed as both an Account Manager and Recruiter. Bella holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
