Assem Farghaly currently serves as the Associate People and Culture Director at Tanmeyah, where significant contributions include spearheading the digital transformation of HR operations and developing frameworks that substantially reduced turnover rates. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Manager and Head of HRIS at Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait - Egypt, overseeing HR processes and analytics, and various positions at Piraeus Bank Egypt, where responsibilities encompassed IT project management and business analysis. Assem holds a DBA in Human Resources Management and Services and an MBA in Human Resources Management from The Arab Academy For Management, Banking And Financial Sciences, along with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Cairo University.
