John Ziehl

John is an experienced customer operations executive with decades of experience in managing technical operations, manufacturing, test engineering, quality assurance, and technical support departments in high technology companies such as Serveron and FLIR Systems. At Tantalus, he leads the customer operations group which consists of technical support, project management, product support, and system support engineering teams. He is responsible for developing and implementing tools, processes, and technology within the customer operations group to ensure customer satisfaction, streamline the deployment process, and provide continued customer support.
