Her experience includes an in-depth understanding of project lifecycles and project development methodologies and she is well-versed in the entire business development and capture lifecycle. She especially enjoys building and maintaining customer relationships. Susan works with teams to identify areas for improved efficiency, product quality, innovation, and impact while providing guidance and support to implement those recommendations.
