Colin O'Malley

Colin O'Malley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in privacy and technology. Currently serving as a Board Member at Menlo since October 2020, O'Malley has been the Founder and Principal of Lucid Privacy Group since January 2013, providing guidance for startups in privacy-affected markets. Additionally, O'Malley founded Briefly.co in April 2013 to enhance content engagement on the internet. With roles on advisory boards, including Tapad and Datacoup, O'Malley has also co-founded Ghostery, Inc., focusing on corporate strategy and privacy. O'Malley's previous experience includes serving as VP of Strategic Partnerships and Programs at TRUSTe, where significant commercial accreditation programs were developed. O'Malley holds a BS in Economics and Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and served as a Board Member at Live Oak School.
