Currently serving as Chief Lending Officer at TAPCO Credit Union since July 2024, Mandery previously held the position of Vice President of Lending & Credit Administration at Kitsap Credit Union from July 2014 to July 2024. Prior experience includes a role as SVP/Field Operations Director at Citi from January 2005 to June 2014. Mandery holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy and Management and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance and Business Management from Western Governors University, as well as a degree in Commercial Lending & Business Operations from the Hipereon Business Program.
