Helen Freilich

Helen Freilich is an accomplished compensation and benefits leader with over two decades of experience in the industry. Currently serving as Vice President, Total Rewards & People Insights at Tapestry since June 2001, Helen spearheads global compensation, benefits, and people insights initiatives. Previously, Helen held the role of Vice President, Global Rewards, overseeing global compensation and benefits across all Tapestry regions and brands. Helen began the career at Coach in 2001 as Manager of Compensation, gradually advancing to the position of DVP, Corporate and Executive Compensation. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Analyst in Compensation at Mercer from July 1997 to June 2001. Helen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business, earned in 1997.
