Prior to this role, Marina was the Chairman Assistant at Grant Thornton Egypt from April 2018 to March 2022, focusing on administrative coordination and visitor management. Earlier experience includes working as an Admin Assistant in sales at inter-tech from February 2016 to February 2018, overseeing company correspondence. Marina holds a Bachelor's degree in commerce from Cairo University, earned between 2013 and 2017.

TAQA Solar another SPV that falls under the umbrella of TAQA Power, has been the first 100% Egyptian company to finalize a 65MW PV solar power plant in Benban (Aswan)-part of one of the biggest PV solar parks in the world. The project is under the Egyptian government’s feed- in traffic program and started commercial operation in Feb 2019.
