Jerry Talkington

Jerry Talkington has a diverse background in the tech industry, with experience in software engineering, technical support, and system automation. At Tarana Wireless, Jerry currently serves as Principal Security Engineer, focusing on enhancing security measures within the company. Previously, at Tata Communications, Jerry held multiple roles including Senior Software Engineer, Release Manager, and DevOps Engineer, where Jerry streamlined build systems and managed release pipelines. Before that, at Cisco Systems, Jerry was a Senior Software Engineer working on load balancing projects. With a technical support background at FineGround, Jerry resolved critical technical problems for enterprise products. During a sabbatical, Jerry worked on various projects involving Mac OS X and UNIX, contributing to Mozilla Firefox and Ethereal (now Wireshark). Additionally, at NetApp, Jerry worked as a Sustaining Engineer and Technical Support/Escalation Engineer.
