Andrew Klein

Andrew Klein serves as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Targa Resources since January 2019, having previously held the position of Corporate Counsel. Prior experience includes work as an Associate at Vinson & Elkins from October 2015 to December 2018, specializing in M&A and Capital Markets, as well as summer associate roles at Bracewell LLP and Vinson & Elkins in 2014. Earlier experience includes a legal internship at Technip in 2013. Andrew Klein earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Texas School of Law in 2015 and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from The University of Alabama in 2012.
