Holly H. currently serves as the HR Director of Talent Management and Learning & Development at Targa Resources, beginning in April 2023. Previously, Holly held the position of Senior Manager of Organizational Development and Talent Management at Apache Corporation, where strategic objectives for Talent Development and Learning were established. Holly has also served as a Senior Human Resources Consultant and Owner at Heights HR Strategies, advising small to medium-sized companies on optimizing human capital strategy. Prior experience includes significant roles at BHP Billiton Petroleum, where leadership in global change initiatives led to substantial cost savings, as well as positions focusing on recruitment and employee development. Holly’s educational background includes a Master of Education in Adult Education and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, both from Auburn University.
