Will Byers

Will Byers currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Targa Resources, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Will was Chief Financial Officer at Manchester Energy, LLC from July 2022 to June 2024. Will's experience includes serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Navitas Midstream Partners Holdings, LLC from February 2022 to December 2023 and in the same capacity at Navitas Midstream from August 2014 to February 2022, where Will played a key role in the company's growth into the largest private gas gathering and processing firm in the Midland Basin, culminating in a sale to Enterprise Products Partners for $3 billion. Before joining Navitas, Will held the position of Managing Director at Barclays Investment Bank from September 2008 to August 2014. Will earned an MBA and a BS/BA in Finance and History from the University of Pennsylvania, completing undergraduate studies in 1998.
