Grant Monaghan

Grant Monaghan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in driving innovation and efficiency within the energy sector. Currently serving as Chief Innovation Officer at Target Energy Solutions since September 2014, Grant focuses on business improvement through process definition and digital transformation. Prior to this role, Grant founded and led Perigon Solutions Limited, specializing in software system design for the oil and gas industry from March 2003 to August 2014. Earlier experience includes serving as Web Services Team Leader at Halliburton, where Grant developed web-based software solutions. Grant holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Glasgow.
