Ahmed A. Karim Wafi is a highly experienced professional in project management, currently serving as Senior Manager (Projects) at TARGET Engineering Construction Co LLC since June 2019. In this role, Ahmed oversees project execution and technical content, ensuring financial objectives are met while maintaining compliance with timelines and safety standards. Responsibilities include project organization, client relations, budget control, site planning, and coordination with subcontractors, as well as maintaining adherence to environmental regulations. Prior to this position, Ahmed held roles such as Senior Projects Manager at TARGET SAUDI ARABIA and Operations Manager for Qatar Projects at Target Engineering. With a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Cairo University and an MBA in Project Management from SBS Swiss Business School, Ahmed brings a robust educational background to a distinguished career spanning over two decades in the construction industry.
