Daksh Kapoor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in bid management and operational leadership within the BPO sector. Currently serving as the Head of Bid at Target Group since October 2018, Daksh oversees the end-to-end bid process for significant deal values while also working on offshoring strategies. Prior to this role, Daksh held the position of Assistant Vice President at Aegis in the UK from May 2015 to October 2018, where responsibilities included enhancing operating margins and managing client relationships throughout the business development process. With previous experience as Center Head in Aegis South Africa and Assistant Vice President roles in Aegis BPO India, Daksh successfully managed large teams and contributed to high customer satisfaction levels. Earlier career roles included Unit Manager at Mphasis Pvt. Ltd. and Process Developer at GE Capital International Services, with a strong educational background from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and Delhi College Of Arts and Commerce.
