Jim Luck has a diverse work experience in the pest control industry. Jim started their career at Griffin Pest Solutions as a Corporate Service Manager and Staff Entomologist, responsible for identifying pests and developing treatment strategies. Jim then worked at Rose Exterminators as a District Supervisor before joining Schendel Pest Control as the Topeka Area Manager and Technical/Training Director. At Schendel Pest Services, they served as the Technical and Training Director, overseeing training and certification for co-workers. Jim later worked at Univar as an Outside Sales Rep, supporting customers and providing technical support. Jim then joined Ehrlich Distribution as a Midwest Regional Sales Manager, managing operations and bringing in new sales. Jim continued their career at Rentokil North America as the Central Region Director of Operations and at Target Specialty Products as the Central Region Operations Director and Midwest Regional Director. In these roles, they ensured operational consistency, provided leadership, and contributed to the company's financial goals.
