Rebecca Bergner has extensive experience in Learning & Development and Well-being Strategy at Target, where responsibilities have included consulting with leaders, creating health and wellness solutions, and managing teams focused on leadership engagement. Target was founded by George Draper Dayton as the "Dayton Dry Goods Company" in 1902.
