Jay Santoro has experience working in various roles in the finance industry. Jay started their career as a Summer Intern at Towercrest Capital Management in 2015. Jay then worked as an Analyst at Falcon Capital Partners, LLC from January 2016 to November 2016. In 2017, Jay joined Jefferies as a Summer Analyst and later became an Analyst from June 2018 to March 2020. Most recently, they have been working at Tarsadia Investments, starting as an Associate from April 2020 to July 2023 and currently holding the position of Vice President.
Jay Santoro completed their high school education at Pennsbury High School from 2010 to 2014. Jay then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Villanova University between 2014 and 2018. Following this, from 2023 to 2025, Jay attended Harvard University to obtain a Master's degree (A.L.M.) with a focus on Finance.
