Ole Josefsen has a diverse work experience in the field of 3D art and technical art. Ole started their career as a 3D Generalist and Pipeline Manager at The Animation Workshop, VIA University College in November 2016. Ole then interned as a Tech Artist at MPC's Digital and Interactive department, where they created VR and AR experiences using UE4 and Unity. After that, they worked as a Technical Art Director and CG Generalist at The Animation Workshop on a game project called "Burning Daylight," where they focused on environment art, set dressing, texturing, and shading. In 2018, Ole worked as a 3D Environment Artist intern at Ubisoft Düsseldorf. Currently, they are employed at Tarsier Studios, where they started as a 3D Artist and later became the Lead Asset Artist.
Ole Josefsen completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics Arts from The Animation Workshop, which they attended from 2015 to 2019. Prior to this, in 2014, they briefly studied Classical Life Drawing at The Drawing Academy. In 2009, Ole began their education at Volda Vidaregåande Skule, where they pursued a field of study in Communication and Media Studies until 2012.

Tarsier Studios is an independent game development studio based in Malmö, Sweden. Currently they’re employing around 60 people. They have worked with Sony and Media Molecule on various projects including LittleBigPlanet PS Vita and Tearaway Unfolded. The last few years has seen Tarsier make the transition to full independence.
