Natalie Nelson is the Director of Permanent Recruiting for Tarvos Talent, LLC. In this role, she leads and manages the Accounting and Finance placement division, where she brings top-tier talent and companies together. Prior to joining the Tarvos team, Natalie spent over ten years in recruiting, beginning her career with a boutique firm in San Antonio, Texas. During her six-year tenure, she quickly rose to the leadership ranks before joining a Fortune 500 global recruiting firm. While with that company, Natalie grew a record-breaking team and positioned them as a top performer in the region. In 2017, Natalie was asked to replicate her San Antonio team’s top performance in Austin, where soon after moving, she achieved even greater success. Nelson is a Texas native, having grown up in Georgetown, and is a graduate of Texas State University. She and her husband, Jonathan, enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time with their daughter and English Bulldog. Natalie is involved in the American Heart Association, where she sat on the Executive Leadership Team for San Antonio’s Heart Ball and has continued her involvement in the Austin chapter to give back to her community.
