Hilary Foxhill is a versatile professional with experience in workforce development, vocational management, mental health coordination, technical writing, and administrative tasks. Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and holds a certificate in Technical Communication. Formerly worked at Tubman and MTS Systems before joining Tasks Unlimited as a Workforce Development Manager.

Tasks Unlimited provides supported employment, housing and mental health recovery services for people with serious and persistent mental illness so that they achieve a full life with the rights and responsibilities of adults. Tasks Unlimited bases its program on the Fairweather Lodge Model developed by Dr. George Fairweather in 1963. Based on the his research, people with serious mental illness who live and work together were less likely to return to the hospital and were more likely to stay in the community and continue to work.
