David Ma is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry, currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Tasktop since March 2020. Prior to this role, David held positions as a Software Engineer at SigFig from May 2018 to December 2019 and as a Senior Software Engineer at Aria Solutions from March 2013 to May 2018. Earlier in the career, David worked as a Software Developer at Bixnets for approximately one year and gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Calgary in 2008. Academically, David earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science with Honors, both from the University of Calgary, completing the latter in 2008.
