Bronwen Sharples

Bronwen Sharples is a Customer Experience Specialist at TasNetworks since March 2024, focusing on implementing a customer-centric approach within decision-making and operations. Bronwen has held various managerial roles in the water sector, including Manager of Business Enhancements and Innovation Manager at TasWater, and Manager of Drinking Water Quality at Southern Water. Early career experience includes leading water and wastewater quality at Hobart Water and serving as Laboratory Manager at Hobart City Council. Bronwen holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology with first-class honors from the University of Tasmania, earned between 1997 and 2001.
