Kylie Cashion has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as Leader Talent & Early Careers and Talent Team Leader at TasNetworks since June 2018. Prior to these leadership roles, Kylie worked as a Talent Specialist at TasNetworks from May 2014. Kylie's background also includes positions as a Recruitment Specialist at Aurora Energy and a Recruitment Consultant at M2 Telecommunications Group Ltd. Early career experience includes roles in training and recruitment at Commonwealth Bank, as well as culinary positions as a Chef with Esso Australia and the Royal Australian Air Force from 1991 to 1999. Academic credentials include studies at Hobart and William Smith Colleges between 1991 and 1992.
