Wendy Steidl, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and management. Since 2002, Wendy has served as Team Relations Manager and Compensation & Benefits Manager at Tastefully Simple, overseeing the compensation system, programs, and benefits offerings. Prior to this role, Wendy worked at Brenton Engineering from November 1991 to April 2002, managing a wide range of human resources programs, including employee benefits, orientation, training, personnel files, compensation, performance management, recruiting, safety, payroll, and tax filings. Wendy's educational background includes a degree in Human Resource Management from Cardinal Stritch University, as well as studies at Alexandria Technical and Community College and Willmar Technical College.
