Akash Kalage

Akash Kalage is a Customer Service Executive at Tata Communications Transformation Services (TCTS) since May 2018, where responsibilities include working as a Network Engineer for an international ISP, with hands-on experience in routers and switches, fiber network design, planning, and managing escalations and high-priority emails. Previously, Akash served as a Customer Support Engineer at Cache Technologies Pvt. Ltd from February 2018 to April 2018, focusing on the installation and configuration of CCTV systems, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and access points. Akash holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, completed in June 2017.
