Neha Singhal

Neha Singhal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Neha began their career as a Trainee at United Biscuits Private Limited in 2013, followed by an internship at People Metrics in 2012. In 2014, they joined Syntel as a Human Resource Business Partner, where they successfully aligned people and policies with the business goals of the Manufacturing Vertical. In 2016, Neha joined Tata Communications Transformation Services (TCTS) as an HR Business Partner, responsible for the International and Virtual delivery center. Neha later took on the role of Talent Management & Diversity & Inclusion Lead, where they played a key role in strategic initiatives, employee engagement, and grievance resolution.
