Taha Osman

Taha Osman is an experienced professional in the field of customer engagement and enterprise solutions, currently serving as Associate Director - Customer Interaction Suite at Tata Communications since July 2024. Prior to this role, Taha held the position of Regional Sales Manager for APAC at CleverTap and Leanplum, where expertise in optimizing real-time customer experiences was developed. Taha's extensive career at Syniverse involved leadership roles such as Head of Southeast Asia for Enterprise Services and success in transforming mobile messaging businesses across APAC. Earlier experiences include management positions at Starhome Mach and GRID Communications, as well as founding POZTIV Strategies. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate in Management Studies from the University of Chester and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Deakin University, complemented by programming and systems analysis education.
