Sriyansh Gupta

Sriyansh Gupta currently serves as the Lead for HRBP in Talent Management & Policies and Lead for Change Management at Tata Electronics, focusing on transition, change management, and total rewards. Previously, Sriyansh held various roles at Tata Consultancy Services, including Product Owner for Corporate Talent Transformation, Lead for Talent Engagement, and Human Resources Business Partner, managing significant talent engagement and succession planning initiatives. As the Founder of Eureka Tutorial, Sriyansh developed a network to provide tutorial services and conducted seminars on soft skills for students. Sriyansh also completed a management internship at Peerless Financial Products Distribution Ltd., specializing in competency mapping. Educational qualifications include an MHRM from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management and a B.Com. in Marketing from the University of Calcutta. Additionally, Sriyansh is pursuing a Computer Training Course from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
