Kavita Mahto

Kavita Mahto is currently serving as the Chief of Tata Steel Aashiyana at Tata Group since April 2023, focusing on the P&L and growth of an omnichannel B2C ecommerce business while building new profitable ventures. Previously, Kavita held the position of General Manager at Tata Sons Limited from April 2018 to April 2023, where responsibilities included developing innovative customer and marketing strategies across the Tata Group. Kavita's extensive experience also encompasses roles such as DGM in the Office of GEC at Tata Group, Head of Innovation at Tata Steel Ltd., and various managerial positions where Kavita consistently drove growth through strategic innovation and brand management. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing and Communications from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and advanced marketing training from INSEAD and Kellogg Executive Education.
