Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Tavern Restaurant Group since May 2013, Nick oversees four top Florida locations with a total sales volume of $16.4 million, reporting directly to the Vice President and Owner. Previously, as General Manager, Nick contributed to significant growth of $4.3 million. Prior roles include Restaurant Manager at Restaurants Unlimited, where Nick managed the opening of a large restaurant and established operational procedures, Territory Sales Manager at Johnson Brothers Liquor Company, where Nick increased sales by 125% monthly, and Assistant General Manager at Catch 23 Seafood Restaurant, providing support and leadership to a team of 35.
