Idan Tobias

Idan Tobias is an experienced professional in people strategy, human resources, and digital transformation, currently serving as the Head of People Strategy and Insights at Taxfix since April 2025. With a robust background in developing high-performance teams at Seed to Scaleup, and involvement as a private investor at allygatr since January 2024, Idan has demonstrated expertise in crisis management as an advisor at Sacred Byte. Previous roles include leadership positions at Klarna, N26, and Teva Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing global HR operations, enhancing employee experience, and leading digital transformation initiatives. Idan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University, attained in 2014.
