Jens Engelmann-Pilger

Jens Engelmann-Pilger serves as General Counsel at Taxfix since September 2020, following a role as General Counsel for Continental Europe at Funding Circle Deutschland GmbH from May 2016 to September 2020, where management of legal and compliance matters in Germany and the Netherlands was a core responsibility. Prior to that, Jens was a Senior Legal Counsel at Mannheimer Swartling, focusing on Corporate M&A and Dispute Resolution from August 2008 to April 2016. Early legal experience includes internships at Siemens and Linklaters in 2008 and 2007, respectively. Jens holds a Dr. jur. in International Law from Universität Passau and an LL.M. from the University of Canterbury, complemented by a strong legal foundation including the First and Second State Examinations in Law.
