Konstantin J. Wilckens

Konstantin J. Wilckens is an experienced finance professional currently serving as VP and Head of M&A and Corporate Finance at Ralph since May 2025 and as Principal and Head of Corporate Finance at Taxfix since April 2024. At Taxfix, a fintech unicorn, Konstantin leads corporate finance activities including M&A and investor relations. Previously, Konstantin was Senior Manager and Head of M&A at sennder, a tech unicorn in logistics, and held roles at NORD Holding UBG mbH as an Investment Professional in private equity, as well as at One Equity Partners and CMP Capital Management-Partners GmbH in similar capacities. Moreover, Konstantin has experience in business development at Move24 Group GmbH and project management at Forto, along with multiple internships in venture capital and business development. Konstantin holds a Master of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of St.Gallen and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from WU Vienna.
