Simon Banfield

Simon, who qualified in 1988, is one of the Taylor Rose Directors and advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters with particular emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, investments, and disposals.

Simon leads the commercial team which works across a number of industry sectors, including publishing, technology, recruitment, and the leisure sectors.

In addition, Simon provides general corporate and commercial advice to corporate and individual clients on matters such as joint ventures, employee share schemes, shareholders agreements, corporate reorganizations, and equity fundraising.
