Lee Welch

Lee Welch is a seasoned professional in the modular construction industry, currently serving as Production Director since January 2020. Prior experience includes roles such as Project Delivery Manager for the UK and Ireland and Head of Manufacturing at ESS Modular, as well as Head of Manufacturing at Urban Splash and Persimmon Homes. Previous positions held include Manufacturing Operations Manager at Persimmon Homes, Production Manager at Warburtons and SC Johnson Professional UK, and Production Manager at Unifrax Limited. Lee Welch began a career in management after serving as a Royal Marines Commando from May 1990 to May 1996.
