James Pearsall began their career in 1996 as a Survey Manager at R.D. Zande & Associates. James then moved on to EMHT, where they worked as a Project Manager from 2002 to 2008 and as a Senior Surveyor from 2008 to 2011. Currently, they serve as the Vice President and Regional Manager at Taylor Wiseman & Taylor since 2011. In this role, they are responsible for surveying and SUE operations in the Charlotte office and coordinates survey-related efforts in North Carolina. James Pearsall is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Ohio. Their expertise includes various types of surveys, preparation of legal documents, and construction staking.
James Pearsall obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Ohio University, where they studied from 1985 to 1990.
