Raymond Wheaton Jr., PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and public works. As a Project Manager at Taylor Wiseman & Taylor since April 2019, Raymond has effectively led projects to successful completion. Prior to this role, Raymond served as the Deputy Director of Public Works in Bensalem Township and the Director of Public Works in East Windsor Township. Raymond's career also includes significant positions at T&M Associates as a Senior Staff Designer and Construction Inspector, as well as earlier roles as a Civil Designer and Field Engineer across various companies. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, culminating in 2001.
