Rebecca Flot

Rebecca Flot has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a Customer Service Representative role at John Hancock Life Insurance Company (U.S.A.) in 2005. In 2007, they took on a Municipal Syndicate Intern role at UBS Investment Bank. Rebecca then joined Zara as a Sales Associate in 2008. That same year, they began working at TJX as an Associate Planner, and later became a Senior Allocation (Planning) Analyst and Allocation (Planning) Analyst. In 2011, they began working at Stride Rite as a Merchandise Manager, Senior Merchandiser, and Merchandiser. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Wolverine Worldwide in various roles, including Director of Global Demand Planning - Wolverine Kids Group, Manager of Demand Planning - Wolverine Kids Group, and Merchandise Manager - Wolverine Kids Group. In 2022, they began their current role as Director of Supply Chain Operations at TB12.

Rebecca Flot obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Finance from Northeastern University. Rebecca also participated in a Study Abroad Program at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, where they studied Business and Language.
