Paata Gadzadze

Paata Gadzadze has extensive experience in the banking and insurance sectors, currently serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board and CEO at TBC Insurance since October 2016. Concurrently, Paata holds the position of First Deputy CEO at TBC Bank, a role initiated in May 1994, overseeing HR policy development, international wealth management, and the supervision of several bank subsidiaries. Previously, Paata was the First Deputy CEO at GPIH from May 2000 to February 2004, focusing on corporate governance, risk management, and brand development. Paata's career began at the Ministry of State Property Management from September 1992 to May 1994, where responsibilities included administration related to the government's privatization policy and assisting the Minister during the mass privatization process.
