Dennis Brodsky has extensive work experience in various leadership and HR roles. Dennis is currently working at TBI Bank as SVP, People & Culture. In previous roles, they held positions such as Operating Partner at FORUM, Vice President of Employee Experience at Miratech, and Advisor to the CEO at StarLightMedia. Dennis has also served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Nova Poshta and as HRD (Interim Executive) at StarLightMedia. Additionally, in the same year, they completed a program in Personal Leadership at Columbia Business School. In 2004, they underwent a program on Human Resources Management at Hult Ashridge. In terms of certifications, they obtained The Effective Manager certification from The Open University Business School in 2000, followed by certifications in Managing Development & Change and Managing Customer & Client Relations in 2001.
