Alejandro Serfaty has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and companies. Before that, from 2017 to 2021, Alejandro co-founded DATAR - Inteligencia en Datos. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Ascentio Technologies SA, where they held the role of Project Management Office Manager and ILS Development Project Manager. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2013, Alejandro gained cross-cultural experience in several countries while participating in voluntary training teams and coordinating logistics and business projects for Eastpack Limited, Tegel, and Annies Marlborough Ltd. Lastly, from 2009 to 2012, Alejandro served on the Board of Directors and worked as a Project Management Office Manager at Translation Back Office, where they oversaw planning and implementation, personnel motivation, and project coordination.

Alejandro Serfaty has a strong educational background with degrees and certifications in various fields. Alejandro obtained a High School Diploma with a Social Sciences specialization from Centro Educativo Nro. 9 Dr. Juan Llerena in 2001. Alejandro then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering at Universidad Blas Pascal from 2002 to 2008. In 2008, Alejandro completed a degree course on Project Management at the same university.

To further enhance their skills and knowledge, Alejandro attended Universidad Católica de Córdoba from 2010 to 2012 and earned a Master's in Business Administration.

Alejandro also pursued executive education to develop their managerial abilities. In 2017, they attended Esade and completed the Advance Management Program, which focused on Business Administration and Management.

Continuing their professional development, Alejandro attended IAE Business School from 2019 to 2021, where they completed the FORMACIÓN DE HABILIDADES GERENCIALES program. This program provided him with additional knowledge and expertise in Business Administration and Management.

To further strengthen their qualifications, Alejandro obtained the Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2014. Overall, their education history demonstrates their commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in various fields.
